Comic Issue 5 done
One of my side hobbies is making photo comics out of toys I own. I find it helps improve my photography skills.
New galleries for all.
After much constrenation, I have managed to get some image galleries upand running. I hope everyone enjoys them.
Right now there is my second trip to the land of the rising sun, as well as a short weekend get-away to Halifax. Some wonderful pictures were taken in both places – I know I had a good time!
Were you wondering..?
If you were wondering what this site looked like before being skinned, check this out:
Miles to go before I sleep
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
And how true that is.
Before sleeping tonight, I need to do all these things.
1. Get some more work done on figuring out this website. Basically, I need to know the following.
a) How to make it so that no text is displayed unless someone clicks on a title.
b) How to insert images into the title.
c) Find ways to display the contents of 4 blogs on the same page.
2. Try to figure out the layout and algorithms for some of my other projects. Among other things, I have awayeast.com and pickmyvote.com that I need to figure out.
3. Work out some Unicode algorithms for Searching.ca. I used to work like an animal on this and never managed.
4. Clean out my mailbox.
5. Work on that web comic I was making. Haven’t had time for that at all lately
6. Reskin that photo blog that I am going to setup at http://www.ordisante.com/Photo.
7. Fix the bittorrent site for Searching.ca
8. Sew up that dance pad that me and Mohammad fixed up for the X-Box.
Oh hooey, it’s 4 Am. I’m going to sleep.
Testing out a new page.
This is the result of two days of fooling around with various skinning options.
Originally I had selected a different skin, but did not like the restrictive (almost arrogant) licencing criteria. I also had to modify it far too much for it to be worth my while to track down the author and send him an email. The default skin is boring, but it is also easy to modify. As a result, you have the page you see today.
