I have a secret admirer.
I have checked every guy I know and every one swears up and down that he didn’t do it. I also checked with the only girls I know and they also claim they didn’t send it. Whoever it is, you can email me – I won’t bite (Promise)
Now the story can be told.
On February 10th, 2006, I was laid off, got dumped, and took a beating. On my birthday.
I literally have nothing left to do – except I am not depressed about it at all. As a matter of fact, I think it is an opportunity. I look forward to things getting better. I look forward to the chance to once again take life into my own hands and venture out into the world.
I have a crazy idea.
The Nature of Internet Humor
Companies will never be able to properly market on the Internet. Internet Humor is inately based on copyrighted works being appropriated and mixed with profanity, very obscure references, or something to make it utterly unusable to a large company.
Witness the “Safety Not Guaranteed” for a good example.
