My failure

Nor could I teach you anything
Nor could I give you anything
Nor could I bring light into your life
Nor would I change for you
Nor would I live for you
But would that I had died for you
So that you could have trusted me.

Housing Bubble Update

I saw this video once a while back, and apparently it is making the rounds in the US. Without a doubt, it has had the opposite effect among men I have talked to, or whose words I have read online.

The wife comes off as pressuring the man – it reminds me of the torture scene in Star Trek TNG. Dude, there are 4 lights, don’t get fooled by the wife and her grubby real estate agent.

This scenario for a sequel is particularly funny.

Rough Times:

The ARM has just adjusted from 5.25% to 9.5%
A scene where the wife is crying because they can’t afford to go on vacation.. anywhere.
She refuses to have them sell the Ford Expedition and try to live with just one car.
Property taxes went up 12% to pay for those “great schools”. The tax bite just broke the $10k per year barrier. It seems the city thought it was a great house too and had it reassessed right after the happy couple moved in.
Scenes of fighting with it of course being the “husband’s fault”. Suzzane is nowhere to be scene, having long forgotton who the fuck these people where anyway.

The forgotten disputes.

So many forgotten border disputes; it makes you lose hope for the future.
