Look at the title.
Look at the user’s other “titles”.
Muslims don’t “burn women alive”, regardless of what cocksuckers on Digg believe. This is getting ridiculous, and I’m sick of it. Burning woman alive was never an Islamic punishment. I’m not even sure where that meme started. Regardless, as a Canadian-born and raised Muslim, I’m getting the distinct feeling that I’m not wanted. I don’t ask for any special treatment, nor do I ask anything from anyone – but when the people who churn out the daily news turn the actions of the ignorant, or a minority into my actions, I realize that I don’t really have a chance to turn the tide.
I guess I should buy a plane ticket and check out. Before everyone celebrates, remember 20 years from now when you can’t tax my 50-80k salary (Internet-based, so I can do it anywhere). At that point, when supporting the elderly, the broke, and Universities becomes too much for a shrinking population, I wonder if they will be celebrating (like they were today in the Gazette).
It’s funny, it was the US attacked on 9-11, but Americans always treated me with more respect and honour than my province.
